Unfortunately we were turned away at 7.30pm with the unfriendly comment “kitchen is closed”, even though according to the website it was open until 9pm. Really a shame

Unfortunately, we were sent away in an extremely rude manner on Sunday evening (7:30 p.m. because the kitchen was closed. ACCORDING TO THE website there is hot food at 9:00 p.m.... A pity!!!

We came here today for a final stop after a hike nearby. It is a clubhouse from a horse farm, the pictures online looked better than reality. We sat on a terrace with a view of the riding facility unfortunately the horse smell was everywhere. (but tolerable) The service was friendly and fast, the food was unfortunately rather mediocre, meat was dry and the fries were too greasy. Luckily there was delicious Kölsch. The portion was just big enough. My conclusion: It was okay for a final stop, but it is not a place that we will visit again and will not recommend.
