310's Kitchen - Waco

Are you kidding me with this place? 310s has got to be the best southern food in the world!! The brisket is melt in your mouth good, and the gumbo was so layered and flavorful... Not too salty not too spicy, just right. I can’t say enough about this place. Hands down delicious from the Mac n cheese to the chicken n waffles it was all perfect. If you are in Waco, you can’t miss this place. Couldn’t take photos because I ate too fast ?

I live in the Waco area and have tried all the dishes at 310’s. You will not find better brisket, beef ribs, pork ribs, gumbo, crab cakes, mac and cheese, and chicken and waffles anywhere else. The owner Tony is always trying new recipes and offers samples to get feedback. The prices are good, and you won’t leave disappointed.

We came by today after randomly finding them online. The beef rib and pork ribs are really good. Well seasoned and perfectly cooked. The mac cheese is some of the best anywhere. Very friendly owner who has a passion for his food. We will definitely be returning.

Their food is always amazingly delicious no matter what you order, and the service is both friendly and professional. Tony communicated with me throughout the process and went with whatever I needed, even when we had to delay the wedding due to COVID.
