Auntie Anne's - Waco

I've been hunting aunt Anne's Pretzel shop for years and I always love the food. And although I had friendly service, it seems a lack of communication here. The tables were bad and the productivity was slow. I think the manager must focus on managing his team more effectively and training them how to speak and what priorities should be. For example, when I walked in, it was slow, but they were from Brezeln. Again, you love the staff, but I think the store could use a better administration. EDIT: since I have been this review years ago the team has created its game! Clean, quick. Well done! Five stars!

Love the pretzels, but the line can sometimes be a bit long.

The team of Aunt Anne was incredible!!!! Great customer service definitely a plus!! Keep the big work, all are an amazing team!!

Large tents and staff. Really dig the new location and design

Tried to taste everything. Ordered a cinnamon sugar pretzel, but didn't get it. They charge 89 cents per dipping sauce. Ordered and paid for 7, but only got 5. And roasted garlic and parmesan pretzels went in the trash. Tasted like eating garlic salt right from the container. It was really bad. But everything else was really good. I'll definitely order everything except the garlic parmesan pretzels again. DEFINITELY check the order before leaving because they have an issue there, but other than that we all enjoyed it.
