Brazos Bistro - Waco

We have visited the Brazos Bar Bistro multiple times during our trips to Waco, and everything on the menu is absolutely delicious. The presentation of the dishes is always spot-on, and the staff is very professional. They also offer excellent suggestions based on personal preferences!

The drink selection was impressive; my wife particularly loved the Steel Rita, and the server poured my beer to perfection. However, I would have liked to see a variety of craft beers on the menu. We ordered our meals knowing that the double-cut pork would take a while because it's about 2 inches thick. I opted for the pan-seared tuna, which was cooked perfectly, and my son enjoyed the chicken nachos. The crème brûlée, however, didn't meet my expectations; the top lacked that signature crispiness. From what I could see at the bar, they have some nice high-end wines, but I didn’t inquire about them. The restrooms were very clean, and I loved the salt hand wash provided. While the meal was somewhat pricey, I believe it was worth it, and I would definitely dine here again.

We absolutely loved our experience! After enjoying a drink, we decided to move to the bar since there was space available. The bartender introduced me to a fantastic new drink—the Mexican martini! I hadn’t thought to update my review on Google until now, but I can confidently say my rating remains the same, even after several months. This place boasts the best bartender in the city. Georges should get some recognition for that! Once again, months later, this venue continues to impress!

Really good little restaurant in the hotel indigo in waco. very close to magnolia silos. the bistro is kind of expensive, but it's worth it. that was delicious. the fries are unique and spicy. they offer a children's menu! the waiting staff was friendly. they offer a full bar and have tvs to see the football game. great atmosphere in this hip and modern hotel.

Went here on our girls weekend and very happy with the food and service. We ate on the patio where we could chat without disturbing others around us.
