Domino's Pizza - Waco

I waited over an hour for my order to arrive, even though delivery from the store typically takes only about 10 minutes to my house! I tried calling the store but ended up on hold for almost 30 minutes before I gave up and decided to write this review instead. I can’t believe I even tipped the driver! UPDATE (4/30/22): Domino's reached out to me to apologize and offered a coupon for a free pizza. Because of their efforts to resolve the issue and keep their customers happy, I’m changing my rating from 1 star to 5 stars!

Our pizza arrived an hour and twenty minutes late, but the manager, Skyler, was incredibly helpful and addressed the situation excellently. I'm giving 5 stars for both Skyler’s outstanding service and the delicious Philly Steak Pizza!

The pizzas were outstanding! I'm a little disappointed that you've stopped offering the peppers and cheese for free. However, overall, you're still better than the restaurant across the street.
