Heritage Coffee - Waco

Wonderful coffee, lovely setting, served by a beautiful community. Highly recommended!

I LOVE any coffee that doesn’t burn the stomach. Coffee was served 100% acid free. I was so excited I bought a huge bag. If you live nearby, make THIS your morning! Excellent atmosphere, with super cool and cutting edge architectural firm at work behind a glass wall! It’s the firm that designed the incredible wood and glass building that showcases the coffee. That added a nice spice to the experience! The bad: Do not be baited and switched. Don’t buy the overpriced and severely under qualified, bagged HH coffee. Terrible part of the experience! But the coffee shop itself is a wonderful addition to your routine! One strange element: I criticized the cafe for baiting and switching (like EVERY other capitalistic coffee shop does) to a member I know (not employed there) and it got super tense! Strangely, I was treated with immediate, unceremonious rudeness, and was told we “wouldn’t and should not converse since all you want to do is argue” ?. Felt weird and culticly religious. But the coffee shop employees were super sweet and pleasant. Just order a cup. They sold me a $28 bag of coffee without mentioning the difference from the tap it was old and nasty, loaded with acidic elements. I didn’t like that. But I STILL love the cafe. GO! It’s a terrific addition to Waco.

Excellent affogato with vanilla bean ice cream. Espresso shot were very very nice. The ladies in this coffee shop explained what the drinks were with a flair and kindness that made us all feel very welcome. Thank you all so much.Vegetarian options: There are alternative milks here, so this gives us plant based options.

It's better than any Starbucks ever thought of being. The village was amazing as well. All-in-all, it is an amazingly great place.

Best vibe for a coffee shop in Waco crazy beautiful out here, and it's just far enough out of the city that you feel like you're in a totally different place.
