Long John Silver’s - Waco

I ordered two 3-piece chicken meals and one fish meal. Everything was good except for the small portion of fries on my plate and the size of the chicken. I was hoping for a better value for my money and not feel cheated. Overall, I was not satisfied with the experience.

Food was delicious,fresh and made to order as always! But the settings of this restaurant was poor, absolutely an eye sore! The counter should be the face of a restaurant ..this was terrible! Floors to walls to chairs all the way to the salt, pepper, vinegar bottles, it's like everything needed a complete wipe down! IN BAYLOR LOCATION THIS SHOP NEEDS A MAKE OVER OVER ALL!!! EMPLOYEES WERE NICE TOO!

This is probably one of the worst Long John Silver's I have ever visited. The food was cold and old. It seems like they don't clean their soda fountain because there was black residue in my drink. The staff seemed more interested in their own tasks than helping customers. The lady at the counter didn't even acknowledge me while listening to music on her phone, and another employee was chatting on her phone at a table. I would not recommend this place. Visit was on 3/13/18 at 3:10 p.m.

My order was wrong. We ordered two meals with corn and green beans and got two meals with 1 with corn and fries and 1 with greenbeans and fries. The fish and shrimp where hot and good but I we can't eat fries so they had to be thrown away. Was very sad because they usually do very well.

Server was very nice and had great customer service skills. Place was very clean, and food was on point!!
