Olive Garden - Waco

Our food was served in a good amount of time and and delicious. Our waitress Sage is always friendly and polite.

Five stars always for delicious food!! Anything I eat here is delicious. Party of two today and we didn't have to wait long for seating, drinks and food: Happy 18th Wedding Anniversary to us haha.

We waited for over 15 minutes before we were asked what we wanted to drink. The table next to us sat 5 minutes after us and was asked within minutes what they want to drink. Over three waiters stared at our table, and no one else came to ask what we want to drink. We finally had our waitress, so we ordered our drinks and food at the same time. Food came out. I have the five cheese ziti al Forno, the dish was hot, but the food was cold. When we eat, the waitress came to ask if we wanted to go boxes, we felt hurried, and it was only 730, not as it was an hour before closing. Sad to say we won't be back soon. Olive garden must work on customer service. I have to say I thought we had a better service.

This review is not about food. The food was very good, our server was amazing. We barely touched our entrees because we ordered appetizers and filled us up with the salad. we asked for 4 togo boxes. in the middle of putting our jackets the bag with the togo boxes was left on the table. When we came home, I called Olive Garden and let her know we forgot our boxes on the table. I was told that when the host came back to the phone, I was told that the table was cleaned and everything was put in the garbage. Only a little disappointing, 4 ducks we paid went to the garbage. I would think in these situations that the server/busr might put it aside someone comes back for their food, essentially if you spent over $100.

Every time I come, best service, good food! Very professional. Just go, and I want to give a scream to Reina, or Reyna (I think this is her name) .. she was sooo amazing! literally made my night watch on my table and made sure we were good. Recommended food and it was good! She's very kind. Ask for her!!! Thank you.
