Outback Steakhouse Waco

When I moved back to Waco, I didn't have high expectations for Outback and didn't plan on revisiting. However, I decided to give it another chance last night and I am thrilled that I did. The bartender, Hugh (or possibly with an E, I'm not sure), was exceptional. Even though we arrived an hour before closing time on a Saturday night (which I normally avoid doing), Hugh provided us with his undivided attention and made us feel like honored guests in his own home. He patiently listened to my preferences, made recommendations, and gave honest opinions when I couldn't make up my mind. Both my fiancé and I had the best dining experience we have had in Waco overall, and we will definitely be returning. I will also be recommending this Outback location to others. Thank you, Hugh, and the entire Outback crew, for making our night unforgettable. I am truly impressed and can't wait to visit again.

We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. Our server, a woman, was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations. She made sure that my kids and I enjoyed our visit. The food was also delicious.

The food at this restaurant is consistently fantastic. The sirloin with shrimp was delicious. We decided to try both the coconut shrimp and the grilled shrimp to compare, and we enjoyed the coconut shrimp more. The grilled shrimp was a bit too dry for my taste. The steaks were cooked perfectly, and the salad and potato were satisfying. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant. If you're in the mood for a tasty mixed drink, I suggest trying the Aussie Punch.

The appetizer wings I got that started with the letter K were absolutely delicious the sauce on them are to melt over for. Also the Blooming onion tasted fantastic. Also the owner came by and introduced herself she was so humble and energetic she has great kind spirit.

Perfectly done medium rare fillet, to those who’ve ever had a bad experience try again, my compliments to Amber Kroth for the amazing service and food.
