I ordered double paprika but found only a small amount in my dish. When I asked the worker about it, he explained that they had to reduce the portion size due to inflation. Nonetheless, I still enjoyed my meal at Marco's as usual.
The Pizza Edge was a major letdown, much like the small salad I ordered. I was excited to see that the salad was only $4, but my excitement quickly faded when I realized that only half of the container was filled with salad and the other half was just ranch dressing. After picking through the crumbs, I was left with only a few bites of salad. It was a disappointing start to our meal, and things didn't get better when my companion opened our pizza box only to find a disappointing, skimpy pizza inside. We paid extra for toppings like beets, but they were so sparse that we couldn't even taste them. The pizza lacked quality ingredients and didn't have the traditional Italian seasoning that we were expecting. Overall, I would not recommend Pizza Edge, Pizza Hut, or their salads. I will be posting photos for proof in another review since this platform doesn't allow for that option.
Edit: rode up to 3 stars of 1 because the loading owner answered and I got my refund from company. I guess when companies try to make the things right with their customers. I and apparently several other people ordered online just to find out that the load was closed. try to find out how to reimburse a refund currently. I understand that it is probably closed because of the winter storm, but it is unacceptable to take money while closed. definitiw a mistake at the end of the load because they do not report that they are closed, or do not update the website or process for sudden closures.
We called ahead by 20 minutes for a to go order. When I got there I was told it would just be another minute or two before our order was ready. I waited another 15 minutes and finally another employee asked if I was waiting for an order. Told her yes and she looked into it. Said they had messed up our our and remade it and it would be ready soon. I asked what had gotten messed up and she said they forgot to make one of the pizzas. Another 10 minutes goes by and I finally get my two pizzas. Get them home and one was barely done and the other was almost burned and had a hair on it. Think I will stick to Dominos or Marcos that are almost next door from now on.
