Sonic Drive-in - Waco

This is by far the worst of the Waco locations. I was the only customer there, and somehow it took 30 minutes to get a burger and two orders of Chilli. The burger was incorrect, the patties were overcooked, and they forgot to add the "chilli" for the chilli and cheese. My burger didn't have any seasoning at all, even after asking for it twice. I don't know what's happening here, but it seems like the general manager might be in trouble long-term.

The order was problematic. Credit card payment at Kurb does not work. Chili dog was excellent! The onion rings were not edible... Always my favorite thing from Sonic after the diet plan lemonade that was good.

In the past, they got my order right. My last 2 visits were terrible, an order lasted longer than expected for the wrong sandwich and my last time the bread was so stale it immediately fell apart.

In the past, I had great experiences with my orders here. However, my last two visits were disappointing. My most recent order took longer than expected, and they gave me the wrong sandwich. During my last visit, the bread was so stale that it fell apart as soon as I touched it.

The staff member who took our order had a bit of trouble understanding the details. Once everything was finally clarified, the food arrived a bit slowly but was accurate. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.
