Starbucks - Waco

This location doesn’t adhere to the proper recipes like other Starbucks do. I used to work at Starbucks, so I'm familiar with most drink recipes. For instance, when I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew, they simply added vanilla syrup and whole milk directly to the cold brew, which is far from the correct method. Also, I wouldn’t recommend coming here during peak hours; the staff can be quite rude.

I waited 25 minutes for a break. 15 minutes to wait, I ask for an update on my drink and the gentleman who screams the drink very rudely: “Oh, I'm sorry! Did I take too long? I'm sorry!" He moved very slowly and spent most of his time distracting his other employees.

Great big floor with lots seats connected to a library. Few weeks ago my 1st visit: Staffs are very enjoy chatting to each other and not noticing that I, as the only customer at that time standing in front of the counter for a long time. I paid extra shot of espresso for the frappe, but it tasted very light coffee and it's super sweet. I always ordered same drink from different Starbucks and none of them tasted like this bad. I'd carefully asking if they added double coffee syrup or forgot my extra shot of espresso, the girl seems inpatient and denied. I took a few sips and have to throw it away. Regrets to visit this one.
