Taco Bell - Waco

This restaurant only deserves one star. The chips and everything else fried in grease were old and stale. I informed the manager, but she did not even acknowledge the issue.

This is a great Taco Bell with delicious food and exceptional customer service.

The worst. They take your order. Take your money, do not answer their phone, do not deliver the food you orderNo wonder no one buys from them in China Springs.

Very slow service, they don 't call out to the customer when the orders ready so the food just sits there, their people skills are not good at all. They have a trophy on the counter that says fastest and friendliest that definitely needs to be removed because it couldn 't be more wrong. I mean it 's taco bell but this is the worst I 've ever been to. TWICE.. I will not go back a third.

Short staffed but did the bust you could expect. The food was great, hot, and correct. It was just the timing that took a while but to be expected now days when everyone is short staffed. MUCH better than it was 8 months ago when they couldnt get an order right or even keeo the doors open.Dietary restrictions: They are great to accomadate your needs for replacement.
