Taco Bell - Waco

The restaurant frequently runs out of several menu items, which is frustrating. You might find yourself waiting in the drive-thru only to be informed that they don't have certain food options available. They need to improve! Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

I made two modifications to my order: I swapped the chicken chalupa for a beef one because I don't eat chicken, and I replaced the Dorito taco with a soft supreme taco. However, I still received my order exactly as it comes in the box. I ended up wasting my money on food I can't eat. They never seem to get anything right and take an eternity to serve food that doesn't taste good. Out of all the locations, this is by far the worst one. Service: Takeout.

I was in the drive through and 2 of the workers were arguing with the window open, and the food was horrible, the cheesy Gordita crunch wasn’t even cooked on the outside, and only half of the quesadilla had filling and the cheese wasn’t even melted. This Taco Bell is exceptionally horrible. The owner should be embarrassed. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch
