J. Carver Distillery - Waconia

This is the best distillery in Minnesota, from using premium grains to top-of-the-line equipment. The bar staff is friendly and the drinks are delicious. Thank you, Gina, for the fantastic tour and for your dedication to the business. The quality is top-notch and the whisky only improves with age.

I'm not sure if other distilleries around the world offer tours as informative as this one. Rich led a fantastic tour and the distillery itself was wonderful. I am still amazed that a distillery of this size has such a wide selection of liqueurs available.

Just love this place. We had two different old fashioned's. Both delicious. We also love love their Barreled Gin. The BG old fashioned is just amazing. Service was outstanding!
