Feedback gevenVery busy, but staff was polite and made my sandwich freaky fast!
Waited for 25 minutes and got probably the worst JJ sandwiches I've ever had. Normally don't mind waiting for food but to get what we got was very disappointing to say the least.
I absolutely love this store. They are quick, and they gave me like 10 mayo packets instead of 2 which made my day. Now I don't need to buy mayo! Also, if you haven't tried this, air frying your jj sub makes it a hogie it makes is so tasty!
It's been a few years since I had JJ's, so I thought I would get some for the family. The sandwiches were fine, but at $9 for some bread and a couple thin slices of meat and (maybe) cheese, it's way overpriced. It was over $35 for just 4 subs (3 regular, one with added cheese, and one slim). It's not that good.
I received an email indicating that I had a free side added to my account, which prompted this message. I generally really like Jimmy John's and have eaten at several different stores over the last 20 years.I'm not sure what is going on at this location, but for some reason my sandwiches often have a fishy aftertaste. My wife, who only ever orders the Beach Club un-which lettuce wrap, pointed this out a few years back. She'd get part of the way in to eating her sandwich/wrap, and then stop, saying that it tasted fishy and sort of grossed her out. I didn't notice it at the time with my sandwich, and we didn't completely give up at that point. But, after maybe 3 tries, my wife will no longer eat Jimmy John's. I have also noticed this on a couple of my orders as well since she first noticed it. I'm not sure if there is some cross-contamination occurring after making the tuna salad, but something is not right. I'll give it another shot, one of these days, because I really do love Jimmy John's sandwiches, especially The Gargantuan. Sorry for not reporting this earlier. I'm not trying to get anything for free, nothing like that. But if both my wife and I have noticed this, I don't think we're imagining it, and I wanted to make the management aware of our experience, hoping that the issue gets resolved.
