Unfortunately, I've ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew from this location twice, and both times they forgot the sweet cream. I won't be going back to this Starbucks.
I visited this restaurant on June 28th at 3:24 PM. While the initial taste of my drink was good, the last few sips were gritty and made me feel almost sick. There was also some unidentified black substance at the bottom, which is entirely unacceptable. I’m truly horrified and disgusted by this experience.
The staff is friendly, the coffee is top-notch, and there are plenty of outlets for charging devices.
I don't visit this place frequently, but I decided to go since I had a gift card. Unfortunately, they made my drink incorrectly and the staff was rather unkind when I inquired about a drink similar to a chai latte smoothie (which I usually order at Moca Monkey). They referred to them as frappuccinos (I might have spelled that wrong) and acted like I was in the wrong for not knowing. It seems there’s a stereotype about Starbucks customers being rude, but the staff's attitude suggests that it might go both ways. Perhaps there's a connection between the two?
I visited this restaurant a few days ago when they were experiencing a staffing shortage and had closed the lobby. I opted to use the drive-thru, which turned out to be a great decision. The line moved quickly, and the staff member at the window was friendly, although clearly under a lot of stress. She mentioned that she had been dealing with frustrated customers all morning, as a few employees had called in sick and there were technical issues preventing them from stopping mobile orders. I remarked on how surprising it is that some people can lose their tempers over something as simple as a cup of coffee. In a nice touch, she ended up giving me my coffee for free to thank me for my understanding. It’s essential to remember that those working in customer service are human too, deserving of respect. It’s not their fault they’re short on staff, nor is it reasonable to take out your frustration on them if you’re running late because you chose to stop for coffee. Let’s all try to be a bit more considerate!
