Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Wadsworth

After years of absence, I visited the restaurant again and found the whole atmosphere quite disheartening. The highlight was the toppings bar, but they only offered the toppings in plastic cups for 75 cents each. It felt as though they were on the brink of closing down every day. It's truly sad to witness a place that holds so many childhood memories in such a state.

The ice cream was enjoyable, but we encountered service issues during our visit. When my daughter and I arrived, there was an employee named Raegen who was busy but very friendly. Moments later, another employee named Madison came in, went behind the counter, and was extremely rude to the customers ahead of us in line. She was sarcastic and inappropriate, questioning why those girls were at Menchie's and telling them they weren't welcome. She even told them to leave, despite the fact that they were simply trying to enjoy a treat at a local ice cream shop. I witnessed this disturbing scene in disbelief. There were other customers present, including a grandmother and her young grandchild, who couldn't have been older than six. When I approached the manager about this incident, Madison claimed to be the manager herself. If that is true, I intend to file a complaint with the District Manager, as I'm certain that a franchise as reputable as Menchie's would not tolerate this kind of disrespectful behavior from an employee. The staff member named Madison was extremely rude and shouted at a customer without any provocation.

Ice cream is very good but very disappointing when the website states they close at 9 and I get there at 730 and they are closed completely fix your time schedule
