I recently treated a friend to Haran's as a pick-me-up during a tough time. The food was impeccable, with beautiful presentation and amazing flavor. We almost forgot to take some to go. However, the waitress was rude and made us feel unwelcome. She lacked friendliness and never smiled, which put a damper on our dining experience. Additionally, the seating was uncomfortable and poorly arranged. Despite the delicious food, we won't be returning. It's important to put as much effort into customer service as you do into the presentation of the food.

Good coffee and I found vanilla brioche great and my wife loved the nutella brioche. Reasonable variety of cakes and pastries but a bit on the small side and pricey for me. We are looking forward to going back for breakfast as the bacon and...eggs and the chicken benny sound great and reasonably priced. Decor is new and fresh and well lit. Waitress was pleasant and helpful. My son loved the chocolate milk shake which is high praise in deed.
