Mcdonald's - Wagga Wagga

They forgot two of our burgers, and the hot food arrived mixed in with the cold dishes.

I ordered Happy Meals but they arrived without the boxes, fries, or toys—typical for a delivery. My mom isn't feeling well, and dinner was prepared with minimal effort, so I can't really complain.

The employees here are consistently friendly and provide exceptional customer service. I never feel like just another number; instead, I feel valued as a customer. The management is fantastic, and the staff is always welcoming. I'm grateful for their efforts, which make it a pleasure to visit this McDonald's time and time again. The cleanliness of the staff is commendable, and they are both polite and friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming, and my orders are always correct. If there is ever an issue, they handle it without any problems.

I dined here recently and while the food was decent, the service was incredibly slow. Even with no other customers present, I waited for five minutes at the drive-thru. It seems like the restaurant struggles to attract a good number of patrons in Wagga.
