Pizza Hut - Wagon Wheel

We are in Pinetop for the weekend and called and asked if they delivered. The person I spoke to said yes and even asked for my phone number to confirm a call when he arrived. ETA of arrival 30-45 mins... assuming there might be a slow down due to the rain, we waited 1 hr.1 hr in we called. Our order never got submitted since the person who took our call is located in a calling center who works for Pizza Hut in India.Checked bank account, got charged.Called again and India calling center answered asked for someone in the White Mountains. Solution get it done again go pick up 20 mins and come back. I wished we would 've known the first time, could 've gone to pick up and gotten back 1 hr ago. Why a calling center? Is this the norm? Should you not be told when you are calling center? I am no pizza owner, but it doesn 't seem like this is good business practice.Specially when the guy from White Mountains location says, the people in India don 't know we don 't deliver. Well then they shouldn 't be taking orders for them.

Pizza dough was practically raw. Very little sauce on pizza.

The food is good but delivery is a joke. Had to go pick it up. The guy are the window was rude. No napkins no bag for the sides nothing that wasn't extra even the little packs of Parmesan cheese or pepper flakes everything is oh 1.29 or other .79

I ordered a hand tossed Supreme Pizza and one of the worst I have had in a while! It was very dry, hardly any toppings or sauce! The crust very thin and dry! The service was

We’ve been ordering the stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese and bacon from this place for a while now. So yummy! Every time it’s cooked perfectly. The crust is soft and the cheese inside is melted perfectly. They’ve been very consistent, never a bad or even mediocre pizza here. They’re also fast. Pizza is ready in 15 min or less. Staff is friendly and efficient. We highly recommend
