Burger King - Waianuenue Avenue, Hilo

Yes it's fast food and it's Burger King. I'm leaving a review because this location is downtown and never busy. I come in maybe once a year when desperately hungry because I try to not eat fast food and well bk is more expensive in Hilo than anything else. But every time I come and usually with a coupon I'm struck by this location for its cleanliness and great service. Like they really really care. So I applaud who owns this location.

They gave me the wrong food. I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese crossandeiches and got sausage instead. I repeated myself 3 times and they still got it wrong . Very irritated.

Always slow and kind of dark inside but the food is fast and fresh

The ladies that run this Location get right on your order the moment you walk in. You can also feel the kindness the moment you walk in. They have Such good energy! They go out of their way to make the customers experience a good one!Burger King Corporate, thanks for still being around. And thanks for not remodeling the Hilo Locations in the last 30 years! I feel nostalgic every time I go to this location.I will even pay the $17.00 for a whopper meal a few times a year or almost $11 for the original chicken...just for the nostalgia,..even though that is more than a 1/2lb beef Waygu burger mEAL (knck off Kobe beef) at some gastropubs ??.We do fast food more than a few times a year, obviously, and would totally do BK more if your prices were Just a Little more REASONABLE. I know many folks who opt out due to this and would totally go back..but hey, if the current business model is working to keep you open...so be it!Aloha

They have propsely have no outlets in the lobby so just another fascist corporate that doesn't give a dam about everyday people. So time to BOYCOTT!!!
