Feedback gevenAt around 8 p.m. on a Thursday, the restaurant was empty and the host refused to seat us or put our name on a waitlist. They simply stated that they could only accommodate our party of 4 with no further explanation. I will not be spending any more money at this establishment. The restaurant seems to selectively choose who they seat, leaving others waiting outside shortly after being turned away.
The restaurant was busy but experiencing kitchen issues. They should only seat as many customers as they can handle. Even without a reservation, it was difficult to get a table and diners should allow for 2 hours for dinner. Despite having a reservation, we were seated 30 minutes late. After placing our orders, we had to wait over 10 minutes for cutlery and napkins. 20 minutes later, we were told that some of the items we ordered were unavailable, leading to further delays. We finally received our food over 30 minutes after ordering. The food was decent, but I would not recommend this place until they improve their service.
If you are on holiday, I would recommend the last restaurant, which is part of a chain. It is very convenient to the Kings' Land Resort. I must say that they have maintained their standards well. We decided to order takeout since we had spent most of the day at the beach. The portions were generous and well-packaged. The chicken parmigiana was a standout dish. The bruschetta was just okay. We also tried the pasta Milano, which was delicious and there were no leftovers. For dessert, we indulged in the decadent chocolate cake, which was enough for more than four people. It was so rich and satisfying, true to its decadent name. The only downside was the limited seating, as this seems to be a challenge at many places on the island.
I never write reviews, even if it's bad. that was worse than bad. the rohe huh. steak, the medium was ordered well, rarely came out. build their own pasta came out without asking the ingredients. Little was half hot and half cold. meatballs were cold in the middle. if I hadn't been there, I wouldn't have believed it was so bad. manager said he would compose the meal and offer to bring my son dessert as we celebrate his birthday. 20 minutes later... nothing. we finally got out. very disappointing.
I had read the reviews prior to ordering here. I thought maybe people were just picky so I gave it a chance.The restaurant was empty, so I assumed my order would have been cooked properly. I was very wrong.My bruschetta had NO Basil, it was literally just diced tomatoes. In addition, my brussel sprouts were completly burnt black. I tried eating them but my family couldn't stomach the burnt taste. When you call, it just goes to voicemail.I paid $21 for the brussel sprouts and bruschetta and I totally regret it.
