The service was slow, and unfortunately, our food was unsatisfactory. Our wrap was served frozen, and both drinks we ordered were overly watery. This certainly doesn’t meet the quality you would expect from Starbucks, and it was quite disappointing.

I just left the restaurant after visiting several days in a row and ordering the same item each time. Today, the barista handed me a drink that was clearly made incorrectly—it had a completely different color than what I usually order. When I tried to explain that my order was wrong, he interrupted me multiple times and said, "Do you want me to make it again in front of you? It will look the same!" As I was walking out, he shouted, "THANK YOU BYYYEEEE!" in a petty manner. The guy wearing a blue mask, who was the only one masked and had longer hair, was extremely rude. It was evident he had received complaints before, as he wouldn’t listen to me and instead chose to argue. Despite this experience, the place is great on other days! Food: 5, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 5.
