Ruth's Chris Steak House Wailea

We had to fly to maui to use our antique gift card! we are on holiday and we were blessed with a beautiful dinner at ruth’s chris. our server brian was fabulous. I have to say honestly, my filet was the best I ever had. my men mocked me and say I say about everyone. To be honest, two are still out. a filet in las vegas with a red wein pfefferminz and this last night in ruths chris wailea. I ordered the truffle butter with parmesan and panko, but they were from truffle butter. so hang down for a filet alone through his own in a pool of scattering butter on a five hundred grad teller. that is the best. many thanks to all hands that are wrapped from the ranch to the plate. Thank you.

Our server brian was great! eating was fantastic (as always at Ruth’s chris!) great location. we loved it!

Waits well 5 minutes for the hostess come and welcome us. she brought us to our table and let us know that it is the best table in the house. I think she was sarcastic when it was the worst table in the restaurant. the table was later as it was right next to the bus stop, as they had to combine other tables for the big party. insulting, it would have been much better if our host was honest with us. eating was late, as we had told them we had a concert to come, so we would be happy if they could just bring all our courses. I was served on the celestial a cocktail with mushroom. total a total and complete disappointment, we grow up to love, go to ruth chris now it has simply become nothing special, since the service has drastically declined.

Amazing birthday dinner. service was excellent, eating was delicious. will be absolutely back.

Had a totally horrible experience at another Ruth’s on the mainland but we always visit this one when on Maui. It really restored our faith in the brand
