Calypso - Wailuku

We had a fantastic experience on the Calypso. The snorkeling and views were stunning. Both breakfast and lunch were delicious. The crew on the Calypso was remarkable—friendly, helpful, and fun! I would definitely highly recommend this experience.

My wife and I made a mistake. We thought we had booked the Calypso, but we actually ended up reserving the Quicksilver. While we were comparing different options online, we didn't realize that both boats are managed by the same company, which is why both names appeared on our confirmation. Consequently, we found ourselves at the wrong harbor when it was time to depart. Fortunately, Jillian, the First Mate of the Calypso, quickly got on the phone, and with the help of a very accommodating and understanding booking representative, we were able to salvage our day. They offered us several solutions, and we decided to board the Calypso instead. It turned out to be a fantastic day of snorkeling. The crew was exceptional, with Brandon and Tony being particularly knowledgeable and helpful both on the top deck and in the water. The food provided was delicious and plentiful for everyone on board. Additionally, parking at the Maalaea Harbour was plentiful and reasonably priced at $1 per hour.

We had an absolute blast! As experienced snorkelers, we really appreciated the safety measures in place and the staff's ability to accommodate novice snorkelers. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional! We had a fantastic time at both snorkeling spots, and I was thrilled to finally see my first of many sea turtles on this trip!

Fun trip and even better crew! Kept everyone happy and safe and made sure everyone had a good time. We were able to see all kinds of fish, reef, and even turtles by the end. Recommend even if you’re not a strong swimmer; they had various flotation devices available!

Great experience! We have been looking for a Molokini snorkelling tour and decided to go with calypso based on the reviews. I recommend the a.m. tour because the area gets windy in the afternoon. They had all the equipment in all the sizes, they even had prescriptions snorkel masks some items on the boat or for sale such as T-shirts and rash guards all reasonably priced. Our overall experience was fabulous and our group felt safe at all times. what we really enjoyed about this vessel was its kept clean and in really good condition, also the back of the boat has many isles to get off and on so you’re not kept waiting and wasting your time. Our check-in time was 6:45 AM and I recommend being there for that time to get the right seat. Some seats are indoors and hold larger groups, other seats are in the sun, some have little tables for you to eat your breakfast or lunch on and some are bench seating.The food was good and not short of supplies. For breakfast there was scrambled eggs and meat, fresh fruit, muffins and multiple juices and coffee. For lunch there was Pulled Pork buns with coleslaw or turkey sandwiches. Chips, veggies and fruit.Shout out to the cocktails because they were amazing. The booze is served after the last snorkel and they use local beer and spirits, which is great!
