JB's is definitely a hole in the wall Korean/Local restaurant.

One of the best roasted chickens I've ever had! Crunchy skin that remained crispy the next day! But don't count the other food! You were great too! Support local!

We went in immediately after they opened at 430, and Guy welcomed us to help us make our decision. He was so friendly and informative. He said the cook buys the freshest, local ingredients, and their sauces and broth are special. We did not order enough food to test his testimony, but we are happy with the veggie fritter (like a flat omelet), and the Bibimbap. Veggies were fresh and we are perfectly cooked, although a bit of bland. Had a little beef, that was great.
