Feedback gevenI am no longer a fan of Jamba after many years. The açaí bowl I ordered was very small and the price has increased significantly. I was disappointed to find no strawberries in the bowl, although I understand this may be out of their control. The blueberries were oddly jellied and stuck together in a gross blob. I have never experienced blueberries like that before. I miss the quality of the bowls they used to offer. Considering the price and quality, I have decided to stop going to Jamba.
This establishment is poorly run, with slow service provided by inexperienced staff. Additionally, items and ingredients are frequently unavailable.
I am slightly disappointed with my dining experience at this restaurant. This is the second or third time I have visited this location and ordered an acai primo bowl. Despite living nearby and only needing 2-3 minutes to drive home, my primo bowl was once again too soupy in consistency. I ended up eating the fruits and essentially drinking the rest. Overall, I am not pleased with my meal.
My Macha green tea was so thin and watery and no flavor at all. Very disappointed. While I was there a door dash driver came to pick up an order which they couldn't make coz they didn't have strawberries and pineapple.
Was on Maui 9/29 Friday night. My daughter order 3 drinks on her app that all had frozen yogurt as one of the ingredients. Of course the app doesn't say or can't tell you that the store, Maui Lani location, doesn't have that ingredient. We go there to pick up our order only to be told they don't have frozen yogurt but they can use oat milk as a replacement. Aah I don't think so. I hate oat milk. My daughter ask for a refund but the employees there don't know how to credit her back because they say it was done on the app. They call their manager who has left the store on her way home. The manager tell them that she will process the credit once she gets home. How does that work? That's the first time I've heard that they're able to do a credit from their home. Now my daughter sees the charge on her credit card on Tuesday 10/3, but no credit. She tries calling the store several times but no one answers. Today, Wednesday 10/4, she's been calling the store all day but no answer from morning 7am til this evening 545pm. I call 7 times with no answer from 620pm. The phone just rings until it disconnects. WTH!!! Is anyone working? Is the store open?DON'T EVEN ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION, MAUI LANI. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! BUNCH OF RIPOFF A-HOLES!!! That manager better have put thru that credit!!
