Queens Lodge Waimate

Amazing food, huge meals at great prices. Also the whole place is amazing , lots of interesting museum pieces to look at and also a giftshop. Staff are happy and helpful. We will be back!!!!!

Fantastic , the food is absolutely delicious and the service is par excellence ! I think Waimate is going to have to work pretty hard to beat the Queens lodge at the best lunch in town , I recommend the chicken and the seafood basket Thoroughly love the place , will be back again really soon

We visited the café for the first time today and, unfortunately, didn't make it past the entrance. The place was overpowered by a musty smell of dampness and mold, and the atmosphere felt dark and uninviting. The staff member at the café didn’t even acknowledge us as we walked in. Thankfully, we discovered Waimate Kitchen in a beautifully renovated building at the other end of town. To attract customers, it’s essential to eliminate that unpleasant odor, update the space, and offer a warm welcome.

Great room, really comfy pillows. Clean and bright, just wanted I wanted. Lovely helpful staff. Definitely be back
