Fastlane - Waiouru

Chanced upon this while enroute to Wellington from auckland, and stopped by once more when we made the return trip. Prices are reasonable (with most mains under $20) with a great variety of hot and cold food choices. We had the fried rice both times, and would recommend to go for the beef fried rice. The wife was especially impressed by the hot chocolate. There is also a public toilet situated just a few steps beside the shop.

I call ahead and its always ready for me when I get there. Good food, Good parking for trucks ,Good prices, wish there were more good places like this open decent hours for us truckers.

Always really good food, I had a bit of a wait last night, but it's always worth it.
