Teapresso - Waipahu

Came in for boba and the workers were really nice! I didn't get to try their gelato though but that dragonfruit sorbet looked kinda fire ngl. Definitely try it out!

4/11/2023The milk tea is really good but todays customer service wasn’t so great.The girl who took my order was very kind and professional but the other girl who made my drink was not. She was a bigger than the kind girl.Seems like she was having an off day maybe, she had a poor attitude. My milk tea tasted great it’s just that my drink was about half the cup. I ordered my drink with no ice or boba. I’ve been here many times and ordered the same drink. It’s never been that less.

Love their milk teas, only thing this time they forgot my boba. I thought initially maybe the cashier didn't hear me right but I was charged for it and it was written on the cup. By the time I took a drink out of it and noticed there wasn't any boba I didn't wanna put in effort to turn back to get it re-made. Overall, love this place, just a little sad this one time, boba really does make a difference in the drink but it's alright. :
