Feedback gevenMy drink had to be corrected twice. I ordered an Oleato Golden Foam iced shaken espresso. No ice, do not shake and with extra oat milk (because of the no ice request). I order this every morning and this morning the barista makes my drink and it tastes awful!
Starbucks inside of the airport. Been here multiple times and I recommend ordering online instead of waiting in what usually is a long line. They’re pretty fast with the drinks and food. There’s an area to sit down but it doesn’t look like your typical Starbucks. You can watch the sunrise from the window though.
The staff is terrible aside from the one tall Asian guy that (sorry can’t remember his name). His customer service is amazing, however the other employees act like they don’t want to be there. The cashiers as constantly messing up my orders and the baristas act like it’s a hassle for them to have to remake the drinks they mess up. Their attitudes are despicable and I don’t care if they close all the other ones, I won’t be returning to this one. Yesterday I ordered a venti chai latte with cinnamon and was charged over $8 for it and given a grande. When I said something about it, they tried to argue with me about the price. I pulled up the app and typed in The exact same drink and it came up to $5.95. I said I wanted a venti and to be refunded for the overcharges to which the cashier and barista argued and told me I owed an additional 80 cents to upgrade to a venti instead of a grande. Almost $9 for a chai latte with no inclusions?????? I refused and demanded what I ordered and my refund for the overcharges and a printed receipt which I was told they couldn’t go back and print. This is when the guy stepped in and fixed my issues himself while the other employees asked as if I was begging for free stuff and offending them instead of asking for what I PAID for at the CORRECT price… Typically I order like 3 or 4 drinks with cake pops or other food items at one time and never really pay attention to the total and refuse the receipt but NEVER AGAIN!! Their attitudes and services are absolute trash and I now suspect that someone look into their accounting practices. Everytime I’ve gone in the past something has been wrong but it’s been small things so I let it go but no more. Today they get the rating and review they truly deserve. What’s even worse is that people have warned me several times before about them but I gave them grace because most of the time, the mistakes were small one like blending when I asked for it not be blended or not putting a drizzle or topping on my order (and I didn’t go back because when I noticed I was already in route to my destination). Worst Starbucks ever!!!! Might have to join the boycott Starbucks train now.
I only go to Starbucks if there is no other coffee available. Over roasted, over rated and over priced. Last cup I bought was Luke warm
