Disappointed, bergab. edit: manager contacted me by phone about this review, apologised for the problems with most orders that really nice follow. also processes my refund request from last week, regarding the recent delivery failure (wrong food delivered after over 90mins vs under 30 minutes estimate on order) service: delivery

Farina at waitara is unfortunately very disappointing. First of all, the employees who take orders on the phone do not seem to know the menu at all. We had to explain several times what we wanted to order that they were so stupid, had to look constantly. When we asked if we could just talk to a manager, we were told that there was no obligation in the night. the pizzas sit on the theke we arrived before the specified time, so they were cold when we got them. tomato sauce basic on the pizza was not precooked had a terrible raw taste on it, not at all pleasant. pizzas are never cut properly. I'm sorry, great disgrace for me. they need to hire workers who know what they do or train them properly.

Absolutely disgusted. We ordered a penne Romana, which I always order and tonight my mouth was BURNING. I then found a CHILLI in my food! I called the restaurant to ask the chef how he cooked my meal to then be told we had two orders the same and one had chilli as an extra. First of all you should never even have the two cooked in the same pan it’s **** chilli something you should never get mixed up! What if i had an allergy to chilli? I had no apology even after I told them how dangerous this mistake was. The girl then Proceeded to tell me she will call the owner and ask if she can do a refund. I told her no you will be giving me my money back. How dare you think this was okay and to not even say sorry or even show any type of care for such a dangerous mistake. What if I was anaphylactic to chilli? I am absolutely disgusted with how this was dealt with.
