The Blue Gum Hotel - WAITARA

We started our meal with the Garlic Prawns and Squid, as well as the Garlic Pizza for appetizers. The prawns were a standout, with a delicious sauce and a hint of lime that made it a satisfying dish on its own. The Garlic Pizza was also a hit, disappearing quickly due to its tasty flavors. For our main course, we tried the Chicken Schnitzel and a Steak option. The Schnitzel was particularly enjoyable, served with chips, coleslaw, and aioli that complemented the herb-crusted chicken well. Overall, I highly recommend the Blue Gum Hotel for its quality food and attentive service. My only suggestion would be to provide trays for easier transportation of the food. I look forward to returning to sample more of their offerings.

When im feining for a fat juicy burger thats local to where i live, i come here and order the bgh burger without bacon. On a brioche bun.<br/ <br/ This burger made me fall in love with burgers. They have a great lean beef patty. Which i love. Theres nothing more dissapointing then getting fatty clumps in your patty. The sauces are well combined with mustard and you add your own sauces at the sauce table. I add bbq sauce. Prices are over the top though for a pub in waitara. <br/ <br/ Their chips are great aswell.<br/ <br/ I these guys points for over priced food. Esepcially for the demographic. Youl be paying minimum $18 for a burger.<br/ <br/ But the burgers are tasty and you wont leave unsatisfied

The crowd is there for a reason. Have been up to the 'bluey ' a few times over the past 4-6weeks(weekends and week nights)The food is always top notch and on the weekend I don 't know how the chefs manage to punch out so much food and keep the quality of food they do.My friends say it 's too 'pricey ' but I 've not had a meal I wasn 't pleased with!Also plenty of new fancy craft beers which is nice.Will defiantly keep coming back

Pretty good!. Pretty good and simple pub food at a decent price! The pizzas rasted really good (though a bit too salty) and the beer batter chips were amazing!

The pub food at this restaurant is excellent. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the menu offers a variety of options. The fish tacos were delicious, and they also have a nice selection of wine and meat dishes. The service was courteous and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place.
