Feedback gevenI had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. The service was lacking, as the staff seemed too busy watching games rather than attending to customers. The tables were dirty, and my chicken was served cold when it should have been hot. It also needed to be toasted. After this visit, I don't think I'll be returning to another Subway. Goodbye.
The two young men working there seemed completely disinterested in being at work. They exhibited zero customer service skills—no greeting, no "How can I help you," and not even a hint of a smile. I approached the counter, and one of them just stared at me until I spoke. I placed my order first, but he prepared my husband's sub before mine. I thought that was no big deal until I made a request for him to tear my bacon into pieces so that it would be easier to pick up with a fork, as I ordered a protein bowl. Instead of accommodating my request, he microwaved the bacon separately from the toasted chicken, which was fine. However, the problem arose when the other guy forgot the bacon in the microwave. I didn’t realize this until I got home and opened my bowl. The oversight didn't even register at the time, as I was distracted watching the first guy put on dirty oven mitts to pull the chicken out of the toaster, only to remove them and continue preparing our food with the same plastic gloves that had just been in those filthy mitts. Gross! To add insult to injury, the protein bowls are usually piled so high that it’s difficult to close the lid, and I can never finish the whole thing. This time, however, he flung—yes, I mean literally flung—so few veggies into my bowl that it was barely half full. He slapped the lid on with half the food spilling over the side. After my husband paid, the other guy just stood there staring at us again, making it clear he wanted us to leave quickly without uttering a single word. No "thank you," nothing. This was easily the worst service I’ve experienced, and the food didn’t impress either. These two guys either need to undergo serious retraining or find a different line of work.
I've always really enjoyed a toast spicy Italian sub. But this one has disrespect employees. The lady that made my order was great. But the one that helped the non English speaking family behind me was so rude. The man tried really hard to get her tounderstand what they were trying to order by using his phone to translate and she kept rolling her eyes and didn't even try.
I was really impressed with the sandwich maker. It was very quiet, yet generously loaded with toppings and had a delightful sweetness.
My husband and I went at about 5:45pm. There was one family ahead of us and there was only one worker (unfortunately, didn't get his name). He did an AMAZING job. We asked for extra veggies and that's exactly what we got. He was even able to fold the subclosed. Everything was very fresh. The store was SUPER CLEAN AS WELL AS HIS WORK AREA. IT WAS PERFECT!!!!
