Bonsouth - Wakad

Bon South is a barbecue cum buffet restaurant located in Wakad. It has a good setup with comfortable seating and nice interiors. It offers table barbecue along with chaat and buffet counters. We visited here for lunch. Coming to food, they have a lot of options: 1. Chaat They offer various chaat items and the ones which we tried were good. 2. Barbecue starters This is the main attraction. They offer table barbeque and served paneer, baby potato, mushrooms and pineapple on skewers in vegetarian option. In Nonveg we tried chicken, mutton and seafood variants which were deliciously good. 3. Buffet They had a decent spread on buffet ranging from salads, soups, and all items were amazing. Main course comprised of many options both in veg and nonveg on the buffet along with Roti Basket served at the table. 4. Desserts There was a good spread of desserts and all were good. This included assorted pastries, gulab jamun, cupcakes, paan and chocolate mousse, cheesecake, phirni and cold stone ice cream and fresh cut fruits. The one which I liked most was Elaneer Payasam (I will not reveal what it was exactly but I can assure, that you will love it) Overall the food is quite good, the staff is courteous and service is prompt, and Bon South is a must visit for a nice overall experience.

We have visited this place on my birthday this month. We went there after we saw the good reviews and the ratings they have received. Food was good. Hospitability is commendable. I just found the starters a bit spicy. but later, they serve us as per our taste and choice. The staff gave us an entertainment session by dancing in the group. We totally enjoyed the dinner.

A month old, Bonsouth is winning hearts already. Situated on the first floor, Bonsouth has 3sections, Indoor, Outdoor and Conference room with projector(booking should be made in advance). As we entered they greeted and led us to our seat and then explained the concept of the grill. They have lava stone grill with tawa grill and normal grill. The place is well lit with filament lights and has a good playlist. Bonsouth has 4 set Buffet menus out of which one is put up for the entire week(Starting from 475 Rs). They have two live counters- pasta and grillicious , 'make your own chaat ' counter, herbivorous corner, salad counter, carnivorous corner and desserts counter. The bar is situated outside, currently doesn 't serve alcohol but shall soon. We were served Lonavla chikki parfait at the very beginning to increase our appetite, it was yumm. Then the Mocktails, we tried Oreo Shake, Pan Shake, Drinks for Two, Cuddles on the beach. They were refreshing and the Oreo shake and Drinks for Two were well presented. For the starters on and off the grill, we had •VEG: Soup In Bun, Mushroom manchurian,Crispy Corn, Mexican Salsa With Fries ,Cheese Kurkure •NON-Veg: Grill Prawns, Peri Peri Chicken, Barbecue Chicken wings, Seekh Kebab and Kasundi Machi The starters were good, especially the Non-Veg ones has good flavour of spices and we 're cooked well The White Sauce pasta could 've been a bit more cheesier. It was cooked well though. Coming to the main course, again the carnivores corner crossed our expectations. High on flavours, protein was cooked properly. But the herbivores sections need to be worked upon. The taste isn 't up to the mark. There 's always room for improvement though. Dessert: The best course of the entire meal. They serve 16 types of dessert leaving you spoilt for choice. We highly recommend Elaneer payasam , Ada payasam, Angoori gulab jamun, Hyderabadi phirnee, paan mousse. We couldn 't get enough of these. The staff is very kind here. They also performed a dance act on two songs which was fun to watch. It 's a perfect place to visit with your family or even friends and have a good time.

Delightful... Sumptuous... Awesome.... If you are planning for an awesome team dinner then this is the place for you... We went for a team dinner and it was really awesome experience. They serve atleast 101 type of food items ranging from starters to snacks to barbecue to main course and desserts. They have live counter too for instant pizza and other Italian stuffs. You will be tired trying dishes at this place. The staff is awesome and everyone is polite and deals with utmost care and respect. They have 2 sections. One AC and other one on the open side. We had our dinner in the AC part and is equally Fantastic. The walls are also decorated too. Overall an awesome experience and must visit for any family or team outing.

Really amazing and The best buffet in Pune. What a food, delicious and mouthwatering. On a Sunday evening one of my friend and me visited to Bonsouth, near Pizza hut chowk, Wakad. They have both indoor and outdoor seating arrangements with a small mock tails bar . The ambiance is quite good and way better than any other buffet restaurant. They have grill for starters. Coming to the food they have few live counters of pizza, pasta, exotic food grill and pani puri. They serves more that 15 types of starters including veg and Non veg. The taste starters are very good and delicious. Few are there signatures i liked Beetroot kabab Mutton kabab Chicken wings and leg piece Crispy corn They have variety of main course which includes Indian, goan and Asian food. All most more than 15 dishes in main course which includes Noodles, biryani and many more. They have 6 to 7 different types of deserts. Gulab jamun one is my favourite one.
