Menus onsite all listed differing options for sale, requiring several questions before making a simple order (Window menu, written menu in store, and printed menu at counter, all different). Asked about Stromboli since only ‘pizza bread’ was on the first menu we saw. It was described by the waitress as being a baked pocket of pizza dough (traditional Stromboli). This was verified by the manager sitting nearby. Ordered a shake and Stromboli, specifying no onion or green peppers, and was given 25 minute wait before pickup, so enjoyed a little walk around the quilt garden and playground across the street. At pickup time they had forgotten to make the shake, adding another 5+ minutes, no biggie. Asked manager about Sweet G’s ice cream, to order some while waiting for the rest of our stuff, and she had no idea how to get ingredients for allergy check and seemed irritated by the question even though they weren’t busy and she’d been sitting there for presumably 30 minutes by then sipping her can of soda. Got the shake and headed out. 10 minutes later, on the road home, discover a sandwich of French bread inside instead of Stromboli, complete with the peppers and onions I asked them to leave off. It was not a good experience in any way. Wouldn’t go again or ever recommend.
My favorite pizza in the 574! The place is small but homey, the staff was sweet and the ice cream was yummy too! Definitely stop in, you won't regret it!
