Asian Bistro - Wake Forest

I really enjoy this restaurant. I usually order drunken noodles, so I decided to try it here, but I was disappointed with the quality. It didn't taste like the drunken noodles I'm used to. However, after trying the pad Thai, I discovered that there are many other dishes that taste great. Although I'm not sure if my experience with the drunken noodles was just a one-time thing, I've chosen to stick with the pad Thai and have been very satisfied since. Overall, it's a fantastic place to eat!

The sushi here is good, but don’t expect quick service during lunch or dinner rush hours. I had a takeout order for dinner that was disappointing—my Pad Thai was dry and lacked flavor. If you choose to dine in for lunch, it's best to arrive by 11 AM before the rush, as the service tends to be lacking during busy times due to their shortage of staff. Additionally, the salon staff from next door are allowed to sit at the tables outside and smoke, even when they aren’t eating. We asked several times for them to stop, but eventually we had to move inside on a pleasant day just to enjoy our meal without the smell of cigarette smoke.

We decided to try the Asian Bistro for my husband’s 50th birthday dinner since he was craving sushi and it was conveniently located near our home. What a delightful surprise! The food was incredible, but the service was even better! Dana was our server, and she truly elevated the experience. We will definitely return!

Waitress was wonderfully understanding. Egg rolls had mushy cabbage inside but were crunchy. Sweet sauce for these eggrolls was RADICALLY watered down, which made it just awful. Don't they know *we know* when you water sauces down???? Chicken was dry (like it was frozen) on one of their signature dishes. We drove far to visit. I was disappointed. Not authentic food.

Incorrect time listed on website and door. However they are closed at 9pm. I just drove 20 minutes to get take out, because they have misleading information. Please do better!
