Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

The person who took our order did not smile and was on some wise not helpful, only our 2nd visit in each bojangles. on the plus side, the kartoffel rounds were good and the coffee was good. here are my complaints about this particular location. first the sodabrunnen are all behind the counter, which means they can not simply fill or their own cup with what they want, nor have they any possibility to control how much ice they get. if there is a line at the counter, it makes very awkward to go back and ask for a simple refill. second, the engraving on our cookies and engraved with ice and tomato was rather cool than hot. the server that started the gravur initially put too little engraving on our cookies, but when I asked for a little more serious, he then added too much to it, which will flow over the plates into the tablet. Monday, 5:40 clock, doors closed on the front side. sign says dining room open 9 clock. the woman and I have brought our 3 children to the van. they go to the other side and see how a guy comes. he says it's open. we just park and go to this door to lock them now. drive from norden raleigh to this bojangles, as it has a more beautiful environment. we will not make this mistake again.

David is amazing! I was so surprised to actually go through a pass and a good customer service for once that I had to run up here and leave a review. Many thanks to that they go for the extra mile and really show us what good customer service is. david, your real day. I hope they will continue to bring more people in their team like david. david, you really did my day.

We're going here about three tomorrow in the week. we work so that we like to get in and out! and exactly that we get? great staff, friendly service and they are always ready and ready to help us and give us everything we want or need. Food: 5/5

I will never spend another dime at this restaurant. Had to wait over 25 minutes for a sandwich order and coffee 830 on a Saturday morning no coffee brewed never told me I had to wait never apologize for me having to wait 25 minutes.
