Feedback gevenTried to call restaurant three times and got a generic “no voicemail” message all three. Came home after going through drive-thru to 10 nuggets in a 12 nugget box, fries half full, drink 3/4 full.Disappointed.
I ordered 20 chicken mini’s and 2 large harsh browns. I never received the harsh browns. The manager said she would refund me via the app and I still have not received a refund!
I mistakenly went to this location to pickup my mobile order (placed it for the retail drive one). The gentleman at the window were very kind to fulfill the order, even though it was close to closing, and I was at the wrong location. Wonderful customer service!
I would give 5 stars but a couple weeks ago (last time I went) they were remodeling so I took off one star but highly recommend for a little snack or a big meal for the family
I was never a Chick-fil-A person. I've learned to appreciate their way of doing business. Customer service is very important to them, along with the Lord's day. I will support, always.
