Feedback gevenThe baristas were somewhat unfriendly. They were slow to acknowledge me as a customer and didn't apologize for the wait, even though they clearly saw me standing there. The drink was fine, though.
The new manager was extremely disrespectful and rude. When I was placing my order, she had a bad attitude and seemed annoyed by my presence. Additionally, my drink was not prepared correctly; it tasted terrible. I ordered a white mocha with oat milk, but she used regular milk and regular mocha instead. I'm very disappointed with this Starbucks inside Harris Teeter.
The female employee working at 12:10 on Friday made an excellent drink for me. Thankfully, the male employee didn’t make it; he couldn’t even manage to ring up a single drink. I think he would struggle even with slicing a pre-cut bagel.
The young staff seemed more interested in enjoying their pretzel snacks than attending to the customers. I ordered a drink, but they didn't begin preparing my tea until they had finished their conversation and snacks.
The service was incredibly fast and excellent! The barista, Kelly, was fantastic; my drink turned out perfect, and she was so cheerful and friendly.
