The staff wears gloves while preparing your food, which is a nice touch, especially compared to other fast food places where employees often don't wear gloves or hair nets. It's a pleasant spot to sit down, eat, and savor your meal, and the atmosphere is not too noisy.
All I have to say is there is another subway in wake forest and one right on the border of raleigh (wakefield). Go there. The store is out of items (supposedly supply issue) sure, I get that. What I don't get??? Why are you charging $3 more per sub that the other subways? I am equal distance to other subways and it took me traveling 3 hours away to say, wow the price is a lot lower. I wonder why? And I looked at all the surrounding subways and said, ok, no need to go there again.
If you value order accuracy and customer service, I advise against visiting this establishment. In the past six months, I've had to request that they remake half of the sandwiches I've ordered. They either include unwanted ingredients or forget to add items when I place a mobile order. I spoke with the manager this evening about their high error rate, and all I received was a vague assurance that he would discuss it with the team and address it in training. There was no apology, no accountability for the issue, and no offer to rectify the situation—just an attempt to shift the blame onto his inadequately trained staff. One has to wonder who is responsible for poorly trained employees. It's no surprise that Subways are closing down; it's a deserved outcome for such poor service.
Just grabbed a pick up order. Top notch service. Place was busy but crew was exceptionally pleasant.
I just left there, and wow! I don’t think I’ve had better customer service at a fast food restaurant before. The man running the register was so kind.
