Pizza Hut - Wake Village

Expensive considering that it was Late and Cold and

Guy at counter was just glad to be here, one could feel that. Pizza was half baked

I've been to this Pizza Hut many times. They are relatively consistent in their service, quality of food, and overall business to their customers. I don't recall them ever being extremely late on getting my order to me. It is almost right on with the estimated time of completion.Yesterday night they accidentally gave me the wrong pizza. However, the pizza tasted great it just wasn't what I ordered. For what the pizza was made for the taste was on point, there weren't too many toppings, it was hot, it was great but it wasnt what I ordered. And as a health guy, it far exceeded the caloric count per slice I was looking for. Lol but it was delicious! Simple mistake.Overall great place, super consistent, friendly people. But no one is perfect. On any other day, Id give them 5 stars. The same would be true if I received the right pizza. But of course we are more motivated to fill out surveys and reviews when things don't go right. I've at least tried to be honest ab my past experiences with them as well. If you're on the fence about choosing them, I'd go ahead and commit.

Order was wrong and I didn't take it back nor call on it, Everything was correct except my pizza, Order a Chicken Parmesan Garlic Pizza and got Sausage on it, gave to the neighbors, They enjoyed it,I really like the Garlic Bread!!!

Took 25 minutes past pick up time. Food was cold and poorly made. 2nd time I've experienced this at this location.
