Mcdonald's - Wakefield

Long queues as expected at a busy restaurant, lack of parking has become an issue on busy days. Food was freshly prepared due to the fact it was busy although we didn’t have to wait long for the order to be completed. We ordered on menu so got it straightaway, the bins were overflowing on our arrival but were emptied while we sat and ate. No complaints from us, great service, hot food, good venue.

I left a 1 star review on Saturday on the j ust eat platform. For a online delivery we received that was someone else's. Whilst we had to drive back to the restaurant to return. Matter resolved quickly. Apologies all round very nice young lady my husband dealt with and extra flat breads given free of charge much appreciated. Food was lovely and hot. Well redeemed.

Wasn't allowed to brush my hair, however a member of staff was openly telling customers about the boxers covered in poo that she found in the toilets. Very off-putting.

Ordered breakfast took over an hour to come. Ordered a bacon roll with ketchup came without ketchup. It was disgusting and cold with no way to complain to Mcdonalds!

Every time I order for delivery they get the order wrong, I don’t know why I bother trying. Always a disappointment. Blames having new staff but it happens continuously.
