Caribou Coffee/einstein Bros. Bagels

Terrible customer service, if you don't like your job, find another one. The sandwich looked like a pig. Look at food before you go. Will not stop the order from here again. Truck Stop must find another location provider. I wanted to order a coffee. Why have a coffee shop if you don't drink coffee.

The food is delicious, don't get me wrong. Food wasn't the problem. It was the lady who worked on 7/18 at 6:45. That was my mother and my second encounter with her. For the first time, she took 30 minutes to pick up our two bagels (two Asiango with cheese and egg) and serve others who had ordered us first. This time she almost burned my mother Asiago with egg and cheese bagel. She took three times my bagel right (an Asiango with only deli turkey and cheese). The man ordered coffee before us and wanted to serve our bagels before his coffee and he ordered before we even showed up! 10/10 food, -2/10 customer service. Maybe the afternoon crew is better, but not early in the morning!

Night shift told me they open at 5. So I stood there until they opened at 5:32. Good work.

I?ve been to this place multiple times and today I ordered breakfast burrito and caramel iced latte. Asked for half of caramel and was told: ?not guaranteed dog, we?re busy?. At the end they did what I asked for, but what kind of customer service is this and who talks to customers like that? Won?t be a customer ever again
