Dairy Queen (treat) - Walcott

I had the worst Blizzard experience at this place. I ordered an Oreo Blizzard with rainbow sprinkles mixed in, but when I received it, I noticed that the sprinkles were only sprinkled on top instead of mixed in. When I brought this up, they wanted to charge me extra for the sprinkles! I pointed out that there were barely any sprinkles compared to what other Dairy Queens offer, and the Oreo content was lacking as well. To top it off, the two female employees were quite rude, and I left feeling disappointed as if it were my fault. I won't be returning to this location again!

I regret to say that I can't give this place a rating. My brownie was frozen, and when I asked the server about it, she was quite rude in her response. The kitchen staff confirmed that it wasn't supposed to be served cold. In the end, my dessert went straight into the trash.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant, with poor service and a bad attitude from Evelyn on two consecutive days. She really needs to improve her attitude and customer service skills, as this was the worst experience I've ever had at a DQ. However, I'd like to mention that the staff working the second shift were fantastic.

I was standing behind Bud Pratt and he was incredibly rude to Evelyn. This man was unexpectedly rude. How dare he treat her this way? This woman was just doing her job and he treated her like she was nothing. She handled it like a professional and worked through his mean demeanor, regardless of how he treated her this woman is strong, and I commend her.
