Asian Chao - Waldorf

Excellent food and the best staff. Been in love with this place for years.

Never had any issues here until today, which will be our last trip. Lady made our food correctly but I guess at some point while ringing people up our food was swapped with someone else's. After getting home and realizing we were given the wrong food, I went back to the mall to get it corrected. Turns out what they charged us for was $2 less than what we really ordered and in order for them to give the correct food, they needed to ring me up for a separate $2 charge. At a time where a place should be tripping over themselves to refund the whole order for the wasted time, gas, inconvenience that was caused entirely by their own doing , they still demand the extra $2.

I ordered rice and Lo Mein with General Tso's chicken and the food was old, the rice was hard and cold and old plus the chicken did not taste like General Tso's chicken at all, and I was not refunded the whole amount just because I happened to eat the egg roll. The cashier at first didn't even want to refund me my money back just because her boss wasn't even in. She had to call him and apparently he wanted to still charge me for the egg roll and not even an apology from either one of them. Terrible service.

The staff was sooo great for my babies! So dweet and accommodating!

This facility has a good meal. You can get half noodles (the best in the area) and half-rows with 3 large meat selection. Bourbon, spicy bourbon, orange chicken, Mongolian chicken, spicy chicken, shrimp and more...... This is a great place for affordable Asian cuisine with good choice.
