Feedback gevenI ordered the Mile High Denver Omelette, but it was not in my bag when I got home. After spending all day in the salon, I was starving. I really hope you double-check bags before they leave the restaurant. While I did receive a refund for the missing item, it doesn't help with my hunger. I'm feeling quite frustrated!
Overall, my experience was decent. I understand that not all items may be in high demand and readily available, but it would be great if they could at least have the soup thawed ahead of time so that guests don’t have to wait 15 minutes for it. It seems that cutting food costs takes priority over guest satisfaction.
I hadn't been to a Denny's in over ten years, but I decided to stop by for a late-night visit around 1 AM. To my surprise, it was a great experience! The service was excellent, the food was served hot, and it felt wonderful to indulge in some of my old favorite dishes.
It was amazing, but I wish I had ordered some extra gravy!
I’ve never witnessed a diner manage a busy Sunday quite as impressively as this one. The food was served promptly, and the staff worked seamlessly together, making adjustments whenever needed. I was genuinely impressed.
