Ledo Pizza - Waldorf

I ordered a 8 cheese pizza with extra cheese and extra ledo sauce. I wish I could post a picture of this what they gave my husband. SMH very disappointed with this. Wish I could get my money back thanks alot! ????????????

So I was just about to eat a slice of pizza when I discovered a long hair in the pizza. Disgusting ???? I will contact Charles County Health Department. Staff should wear gloves and hair nets . Unacceptable

We order from Waldorf Ledo's quite often, but this has been our worst experience yet. My pizza was burnt, so we ate what we could. The other pizza had way too much grease to even attempt to eat. The rest of the pizzas are going in the trash. We will not be ordering from here again.

Ledo's truly serves some of the best pizza in the world! I've never had a bad experience with their pizza; it always arrives looking and tasting perfect!

Overall, the pizza quality is excellent, but the customer service can be inconsistent depending on the staff. It's disappointing, and I believe they should consider hiring more enthusiastic employees. However, my biggest concern was when I requested light cheese; I felt misled because my pizza was loaded with cheese, which was unacceptable.
