Pho D'lite - Waldorf

This restaurant is consistently delicious and usually quite fast. It’s been our go-to place for pho in the area, and it’s always bustling with customers when I visit. Despite the crowds, they've never made a mistake with our orders or kept us waiting too long. My only suggestion would be for them to clean the tables a bit more quickly between guests. They have a great variety of options to choose from, and everything I've tried has been excellent.

The ingredients were fresh, but it was ultimately just pho. I was expecting it to come with broth, which would have significantly improved the dish. The server appeared disinterested, only taking my order and bringing the check, seemingly focused on phone orders. The ambiance was lacking, and I believe you can find better dining experiences elsewhere.

I've never got my food this time so I can't talk to the quality. there were several people waiting longer than their pick-up time to also get food. I waited almost 15 minutes after the pick-up time to conjure them only the order and make it wrong. there is no possibility to request a refund for online orders. server must call and interrogate the owner to request a refund and to plead a case for it in the round. I now wait to see if I have to receive a refund or report this business for.

Where should I start...This place isn't good. Service wasn't bad, but seems unfriendly to us. Place looks like need a renewal or maintenance at least. It is clean but has wear and tear starting from the floor and up to the tables and chairs. But okay, restaurant is about the food, not the great view. And here if you are looking for the authentic food you should look for another place. Food here has some flavor, not authentic but deserve some points, food was okay. We ordered Pho chicken, Pho soup and Pho noodle. Was cooked good, with some not bad seasoning. Unfortunately not the place we would come back again.
